Guest Rooms

The Guesthouse has three rooms; the Oak Room, the Sewing Room and The Loft and sleeps a total of six guests.

All rooms in the Guesthouse are Air Conditioned and have a Private Bath.

The Sewing Room

The Sewing Room, on the first floor, is in a frame addition built before the turn of the century. It has a pillow-top queen-size bed, ceiling fan, antique marble top dresser, antique Singer sewing machine, the original oak wood floor and private bath. From its private porch guests have views to the east, south and the South Pond.

THE LOFT

The Loft is located on the second floor off the restaurant and features a private bath, refrigerator, and great views from the its two windows.

OAK ROOM 

The Oak Room is located on the second floor of the Guesthouse and offers the old fashioned sink area outside of the Bathroom.  It has floor to ceiling bookcases and a quaint charm.

The Granary

The Granary was originally a wagon shed and corn crib. The post and beam design was built in 1923 and was converted to living space in 1997. The Granary houses the Valley View Room, the Corn Crib Room and the Barracks. These rooms are Air Conditioned and have a Shared Bath. An addition was added in 1999 that now houses the Ohio Room.

 The Valley View Room

The Valley View Room, located on the first floor, has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a shared bath. Beautiful views overlooking the Sun Garden, the East Valley and Pond enhance this charming space.

The Corn Crib Room

The Corn Crib Room has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a shared bath. It overlooks the Sun Garden.

THE MILL 

The Mill is located right across from the Corn Crib and offers a Full Size Bed, Refrigerator, Large Closet, and a Shared Bath.  Located across from the Corn Crib.

THE OVERLOOK ROOM

Located down the stairs next to Rose Hall's Maryland room, this room is located in the back of the Granary.  Private entrance with small private deck.  This room features a Queen size bed, small Refrigerator, Air Conditioning and overlooks the Pool area.

The Barracks

The Barracks is located on the second floor of the Granary Building. The 'Army-Style' Barracks features seven single beds in an open space layout. Non Army-style amenities include carpeting, ceiling fans, air conditioning and a skylight. Full bathing facilities are available for all Granary Building guests on the first floor, or at the main bath facility located on the lower level of Town Hall.

 The Ohio Room

The Ohio Room has a pillow-top queen-size bed, sitting area, fireplace and a large picture window facing the East Pond. It has a small refrigerator and private bath.

Rose Hall

All rooms in Rose Hall have a small refrigerator, Air Conditioning and a Private Bath.

The West Virginia Room

The West Virginia Room has a two-story window facing east with a wooden ceiling. This room also has a seating area, a pillow-top queen-size bed, ceiling fan and private bath.

 The Saddle Room

The Saddle Room has a rustic flavor with its board and batten paneling and sweeping ceiling with skylights. It has a pillow-top queen-size bed, ceiling fan and private bath.

 The Iris Room

The Iris Room features many Iris prints, wooden ceiling and a pillow-top queen-size bed. This room has a ceiling fan and private bath.

 The Maryland Room

The Maryland Room, named for the previous owner’s birth state, has a wood beamed ceiling, pillow-top queen-size bed, ceiling fan and private bath.
