Roseland is located in West
Virginia at the
end of a country lane on mountain ridges in the
Northern Panhandle, 32 miles south of
Wheeling. Roseland is gay owned and
operated and caters to gay men. We pride ourselves on privacy
and seclusion. On the grounds clothing is
optional.
There is a locked gate at
our entrance that provides security and privacy for our guests. We
will provide directions and a code to enter when a reservation is made.
Accommodation include bed
and breakfast style guestrooms, Army-style barracks, sleeper cabins, deluxe
cabins with full kitchen, tent sites with water and electric, transient trailer sites, and trailer sites to
rent by the season.

We are a Private Membership
Facility and all guests are required to obtain a membership at the first
Check-In for the current season. Memberships are valid from
January 1st until December 31st. The cost is $20 per person for
each season. You must be 21 years of age to become a member.
We have Theme Weekends throughout the
season and we are now taking reservations.
Day Passes are available
from 9 AM to 6 PM and Evening Passes are from 6 PM to 1 AM. The
charge for each is $5. Guests planning to return more often
can get a Pass Card for $40 giving them 10
Passes for the price of 8.
