Roseland Resort is located at the end of a country lane on mountain
ridges in the northern panhandle of West Virginia, 32 miles south of
Wheeling. Roseland is gay owned and operated and caters to gay men. We
pride ourselves on privacy and seclusion. Roseland’s property is
clothing optional on the weekend from Thursday after 4 PM through Sunday
night, except during meals in the Guest House dining room or at the
Walnut Tree Café, where shorts are required by Health Dept. regulations.
Monday morning through Thursday to 4 PM, clothing is optional at the
pool and hot tub only.
Accommodations include bed-and-breakfast guestrooms, army-style
barracks, sleeper cabins, deluxe cabins with full kitchen, tent
campsites with water and electric, transient trailer sites, and trailer
sites to rent by the season.
Meals are available for purchase. Our resort store sells beverages,
snacks, and basic supplies.

We are a private membership resort and all guests are required to obtain
a membership at the first check-in for the current season. Memberships
are valid from January 1st until December 31st. The cost is $25 per
person for each season. You must be 21 years of age to become a member.
A locked gate at our entrance provides security and privacy for our
guests. We will provide directions and an entry code when a reservation
is made
We have Theme Weekends throughout the April to October season and we are
now taking reservations.
Day Passes are available from 9 AM to 6 PM and Evening Passes are
available from 6 PM to 1 AM. The charge for each is $8.
